Certain treatments may require full payment or a deposit in order to secure your appointment.

All payments made towards treatments, consultations, packages, or bookings are subject to our cancellation policy.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. However, as appointment slots are reserved specifically for each client, the following cancellation policy applies:

If you cancel or reschedule more than 48 hours before your appointment, we may allow transfer of your booking at our discretion.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, all payments and deposits made are strictly non-refundable.

Failure to attend your appointment without notice will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be provided.

By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services:

Completed treatments are non-refundable.

Deposits and advance payments are non-refundable when cancellations are made within 48 hours of the appointment.

Packages, promotional offers, and prepaid services are non-refundable unless required by law.

Refund requests outside of these circumstances are reviewed solely at management discretion.

5. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

If you arrive late:

Treatment time may be reduced.

We reserve the right to cancel the appointment if lateness affects scheduling.

Late arrivals may still be charged the full appointment fee.

6. Medical Information

Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, medications, pregnancy status, allergies, or health concerns before treatment.

Failure to disclose important medical information may result in treatment refusal.

We are not responsible for complications caused by undisclosed medical conditions.

7. Results Disclaimer

Treatment results vary from person to person.

We do not guarantee specific or identical results, as outcomes depend on individual body type, lifestyle, aftercare, and other personal factors.

8. Liability

Adverse reactions caused by failure to disclose medical history

Failure to follow aftercare instructions

Loss or damage to personal belongings brought to appointments
